Neurode MIDI is a MIDI routing and transformation app for macOS, iPad, and iPhone.
The short version
- No account. The app does not require sign-up or sign-in.
- No analytics or tracking. Neurode MIDI contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs and uploads no crash reports.
- On-device processing. MIDI routing, transforms, and NeuroScript compilation run locally on your device.
- No Neurode backend. Normal app use does not send routes, performances, profiles, presets, or scripts to a Neurode-operated server.
The app's Apple Privacy Manifest declares tracking disabled and no collected data types.
Permissions and why they are requested

| MIDI devices | Discover and route between CoreMIDI sources and destinations. |
| Bluetooth | Pair and route to and from Bluetooth MIDI devices. |
| Local network | Discover and connect to Network MIDI sessions on the same network. |
| Camera (iOS only, optional) | Scan a QR code when you choose to import a shared preset or script. |
These permissions are used only to provide the feature you activate. Camera images are not stored or transmitted.
Data storage
Profiles, presets, scripts, routing configuration, and settings are stored on your device. They leave the device only when you explicitly export or share them using system features.
Signed presets and scripts may contain a cryptographic signature used to verify their origin. Verification happens on-device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date above and this page will be updated. Any future collection of user data would be disclosed explicitly.
